Municipal facilities can generate odors caused by substances such as fatty acids, organosulfur compounds, aldehydes, and inorganic gases, especially H2S. Identifying an effective cost-efficient solution to the problem is a priority for communities in areas at risk of exposure odors. The aim this study was evaluate effect advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) involving Fenton’s reagents (Fe2+/H2O2, Fe3+/H2O2) on wastewater profiles their capacity reduce putrescibility, H2S emissions, odor concentration air.
